  • Management study for Broome County of municipal wastewater systems and non-sewered areas to identify a possible role for County government in their management and operation. (Prime contractor, with three sub-contractors)
  • Preparation of an operating and management plan for the City of Norwalk for a public park and private facilities in a new waterfront location on Long Island Sound, Connecticut.
  • Feasibility study for New York State government to identify and plan for new and upgraded swimming sites on the Hudson River form New York City to Troy. (Subcontractor)
  • Feasibility assessment of combining local governments and agencies in Sullivan County, New York to purchase electricity on the deregulated market.


Public Administration and Management

  • Feasibility study of methods to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of property tax collections by the municipalities, school districts and special districts in Sullivan County, New York.
  • Evaluation of technology-based economic development programs for the State of Colorado.
  • Study of the organization, governance and management of the HUD-sponsored Albany-Schenectady-Troy Federal Enterprise Community.
